How we handle your information
A plain-language summary of what Crypto XLNC collects, why, and what we never do. Written to be read, not to hide behind.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email, phone, nationality and tax residence, the capital range you intend to invest, your source of funds, and the acknowledgements you confirm. You provide these knowingly, in the application.
- When you talk to XLNCOS: the messages you send in the chat, so it can answer you and, if you ask, help you apply or book a call.
- We do not ask for, and you should never share, exchange passwords or wallet seed phrases. Exchange access is only ever trade-only API keys that cannot withdraw your funds.
Where it goes and how it's used
- Applications are sent to our client-management system (GoHighLevel) so our team can follow up with you. They are used to onboard you, nothing else.
- While you fill in the guided application, a copy is kept in your own browser (local storage) so you can leave and resume on the same device. It stays on your device; clear your browser data to remove it.
- A one-time human-check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs to keep out bots. It does not identify you.
The "one of one" edition mark
Each visit generates a unique edition serial (shown on the loading screen and footer). We record only that random serial and a timestamp — no personal data — so a screen recording can be matched to a genuine visit. It cannot identify you.
What we never do
- We never hold, pool, move, or withdraw your funds. Your money stays in your own exchange account, in your name.
- We never sell your personal information.
