What is CryptoXLNC?
CryptoXLNC is a crypto trading service that operates through Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs). You trade in your own exchange account, in your own name, using automated strategies managed by our system. Your assets are never pooled and never held by CryptoXLNC.
How does it work?
Once approved, you connect your exchange account using trade-only API access. Our system then trades automatically on your behalf according to our strategies. You retain: • Full custody of your funds • Full control over deposits and withdrawals • Full transparency into trades and performance CryptoXLNC cannot withdraw or move your funds.
Is this custodial?
No. CryptoXLNC is non-custodial. Your assets stay on your chosen exchange at all times.
Is this copy trading or signals?
No. Trades are executed directly inside your own account via authorized API access.
Do you trade futures or use leverage?
No. CryptoXLNC trades spot crypto only.
Which exchanges do you support?
Currently: • Kraken • Bybit (where permitted) Eligibility depends on your country of tax residence and exchange rules.
How much capital do I need?
• Minimum initial capital: $1,000 USD • Clients with $100,000 USD or more receive Concierge service, including an assigned account manager.
How long does onboarding take?
The application takes 5–10 minutes. Approved clients receive step-by-step instructions to connect their exchange account.
Can I deposit or withdraw whenever I want?
Yes. You retain full control over deposits and withdrawals at all times.
Can I trade manually in the account?
No. To ensure accurate tracking and risk management, the account must be dedicated exclusively to CryptoXLNC trading.
What fees does CryptoXLNC charge?
CryptoXLNC charges a 20% performance fee on net trading profits only. There are: • No management fees • No subscription fees
When are fees charged?
Fees are charged only on new cumulative profits above your prior High-Water Mark. When trading activity results in cumulative net profits, XLNC will issue an invoice for the applicable performance fee. Separately, monthly account statements and platform announcements are sent via email, regardless of whether a fee is due.
What is a High-Water Mark?
A High-Water Mark ensures you only pay performance fees on new profits. If your account experiences a drawdown, no performance fees are charged until the account recovers and exceeds its previous high. Deposits and withdrawals are fully adjusted so fees are never charged on your contributed capital.
How are fees paid?
• Fees are invoiced separately • Fees are never withdrawn from your exchange account You remain in full control of your assets at all times.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Crypto trading involves risk, and losses can occur.
Who is responsible for taxes?
You are. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction. Please consult your tax professional.
